רמת הנגישות

האתר נבנה במטרה לעמוד בדרישות תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, בתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 ובהנחיות WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA.

במקומות שבהם ידוע לנו שהאתר עדיין לא עומד בכך, פירטנו זאת בהמשך.

מה עשינו

• אפשר להשתמש באתר כולו באמצעות המקלדת בלבד, עם סימון מיקוד ברור וקישור „דלג לתוכן”.
• העמודים בנויים עם כותרות ואזורים מסומנים (ניווט, תוכן ראשי, כותרת תחתונה), כדי שקוראי מסך יוכלו לנווט בהם.
• ניגודיות הצבעים בין הטקסט לרקע נבדקת לפי רמה AA.
• אפשר להגדיל את הטקסט עד 200% בעזרת הדפדפן, והעיצוב מתאים את עצמו לטלפונים ולמסכים קטנים.
• אנימציות מושבתות אצל מבקרים שהגדירו במכשיר הפחתת תנועה.
• לתמונות יש חלופה טקסטואלית, ותמונות קישוטיות מוסתרות מקוראי מסך.
• שפת כל עמוד מוגדרת, ושפות הנכתבות מימין לשמאל מוצגות מימין לשמאל.

מגבלות ידועות

• ביקורות הלקוחות מוצגות ברכיב חי של Google, והתוכן והתצוגה שלו נקבעים על ידי Google.
• לסרטונים באתר אין כתוביות או תיאור קולי.
• חלקים מסוימים באתר עוצבו במיוחד עבור שלו כהן – ביטוח ופיננסים, וייתכן שעדיין לא נבדקו באותה רמה.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and Israeli Standard IS 5568, as the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013 require.

Where we know the site falls short, we say so below.

What we've done

• Everything can be used with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
• Pages are structured with headings and landmarks (navigation, main content, footer) so screen readers can move around them.
• Text and background colours are checked for contrast at level AA.
• Text can be enlarged to 200% with the browser's zoom, and the layout adapts to phones and small screens.
• Animations switch off for visitors whose device asks to reduce motion.
• Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Each page declares its language, and right-to-left languages read right to left.

Known limitations

• Customer reviews are shown in a live widget from Google. Google controls its content and how it is presented.
• Videos on this site don't have captions or audio descriptions.
• Some parts of this site were designed individually for שלו כהן – ביטוח ופיננסים and may not yet have been checked to the same standard.
